Delivery Policy

We are pleased to provide a flexible and customer-friendly delivery service with no minimum order value, accompanied by a nominal £5 delivery fee.

This service is currently available for orders within the "M" postcode area.

Delivery Details:

Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12 pm qualify for same-day delivery.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12 pm will be delivered the next working day.
Courier Delivery: Available for other UK locations, typically taking 2–5 days.
Sunday: Delivery services are unavailable.

Deliveries Beyond the "M" Postcode:

For deliveries outside the "M" postcode Courier Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days.
For frozen and chilled products. For deliveries outside the "M" postcode for frozen and chilled products, please contact us directly.
- We recommend upgrading to next-day delivery for added safety.
- Items are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs; however, we cannot assume responsibility for their condition upon arrival.
- Customers ordering frozen items accept the inherent risks.

Notes for Checkout:

Include a note specifying your preferred delivery time and location during checkout.
Our team will contact you via phone or chat to coordinate a delivery schedule that works best for you.

Out-of-Stock Items:

If in the rare event that an item in your order becomes unavailable:
- We will reach out to you discuss alternative arrangements.
- If we cannot reach you after several attempts, we will issue a refund for the unavailable item(s) and dispatch the remaining products.

Claims & Concerns:

Missing or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 12 hours of delivery, and we will promptly address your concerns.
