Delivery

We are pleased to offer delivery services with no minimum order value, accompanied by a nominal £5 delivery fee. Currently, our delivery service is available for orders within the "M" postcode.

For orders placed before 12pm, we ensure same-day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be scheduled for delivery on the next working day. Please note that we do not provide delivery services on Sundays.

Should you require delivery beyond our designated area, we kindly request you to contact us directly. We will be more than happy to explore available options for your convenience. For deliveries to other locations, we can arrange delivery via courier within 2-3 days. However, please note that we are unable to ship frozen and chilled products. If such products are added to your basket, they will be automatically removed, and a refund will be issued accordingly.

When placing your order, we encourage you to include a note during checkout specifying your preferred delivery time and location. Our team will promptly reach out to you via phone or chat to coordinate a suitable delivery time that aligns with your schedule, as your convenience is our utmost priority.

In the event of any claims regarding missing or incorrect products (we're all human), please notify us within 12 hours, and we will promptly address your concerns.
