Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells against oxidative stress. Vitamin C helps ensure normal energy-yielding metabolism and reduce fatigue and weakness. Contains beta-glucan of the highest purity from oyster mushrooms.

For children from 3 to 11 years of age, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day, adolescents from 12 years of age and adults 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per day.
