Vatrushka Sweet Cottage Cheese & Jam 


Ingredients:
Wheat Flour (Gluten), Cottage Cheese (Milk), Sugar, Egg, Whole Milk, Butter (Milk), Sunflower Oil, Yeast, Jam (Berries, Sugar), Salt, Vanilla Flavouring.

Contains: Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Egg.
Storage:
Keep frozen at -18°C.
Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
Cooking Instructions:
Remove from freezer and place the vatrushki on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Allow to defrost completely at room temperature and let the dough rise until soft and slightly puffy (approximately 1–2 hours).
Brush the edges with beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30–40 minutes until golden brown.
