Rolls with Raisins.
Ingredients:
Milk, Chicken eggs, Wheat flour, Vanilla, Sugar, Salt, Cottage cheese, Raisins, Icing sugar
For the baking sauce:
Double cream, Chicken eggs, Icing sugar, Vanilla.
Allergens: Milk, Eggs, Wheat

Cooking Instructions:
Arrange the rolls tightly in a suitable baking dish (small enough so they fit snugly and do not spread apart during cooking).
Prepare the sauce by whisking together double cream, eggs, icing sugar and vanilla. Pour evenly over the pancake rolls.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for 20–25 minutes, until golden and set.
