Chopped sorrel grown in Latvia with salt. Especially suitable for quick and convenient preparation of sorrel soup, which is a favorite part of the menu of Latvian residents. An additional label can be seen on the product packaging label - a green leaf with the inscription "Without preservatives". This means that the product is prepared using the pasteurization method as at home, and after opening the jar, it must be stored in the refrigerator.

To make soup, add 200 g of sorrel to 1 l of water, fry dried meat, potatoes and grits in a pan together with onions. Boil for 20 min. Served with cream, greens and boiled egg.

Ingredients: Acid 98%, salt.

Shelf life in unopened form – 36 months. Acid is packaged in 0.58 l glass jars.
